We are lucky. Indeed, we are probably the luckiest people that have ever lived.

We enjoy instant access to clean water, clean air and all kinds of food. We have medications that take away most of our pain. We can be almost anywhere in world within 24 hours. But it seems that the more successful we are, the less time and energy we have to invest in our well-being.

Your physical health, everything from the obvious (what, when and how much you eat) to the subtle (your posture, your breathing, how you move) affects your mental fitness and harmony.

My aim is to help you identify sub-optimal behaviours, tailor a nutritional and physical program that suits you and your lifestyle, and ultimately help you help yourself.

Essentially, we’re simply talking about new habits to learn, and rebooting your life.
