Exercise not only help your body, it also stimulates our cognitive function and improves our mood.
Even better - as much as practically possible - I prefer exercising outdoors in the fresh air.
Most of us spend too much of our lives sitting indoors. While we might be working hard at our computers etc., from our body’s perspective we’re just a little more active than if we were sleeping. Worse still, when we do take a break from the computer, which is practically no physical activity at all, we usually feed our bodies with fuel we don’t need! So, let's get out to breathe the fresh air.
Just being outside positively impacts our physical and mental health. Additionally, with a correctly designed activity programme you can enjoy better sleep, stronger bones, greater strength, a more robust immune system and optimised weight.
If that’s not enough to convince you, you can also expect a lower risk of osteoporosis, a lessening of pre-menopausal/menopausal symptoms and greater hormonal balance.
Basically: Move → feel good.
Move in a carefully, indually assessed way → feel even better!
Back-pain management, physio and rehab, not feeling as limber and energetic as you used to be, or want to be? I could design an exercise programme that will reward you with the results you want but… if it’s tedious and boring, then you’ll likely lose interest and ultimately possibly give up.
I can complement individual programmes with physical education combined with cardio, strength and coordination. I tailor then an optimised sports activity including like running, Pilates, yoga, calisthenics, meditation and breathing techniques.
It’s time, let’s:
